Thanks for visiting my etsy store. Since a young age, creating has always been my joy. I'm mostly inspired by flowers, nature, all thing frilly, vintage toys, Europe, music, something petite, something delicate and many many more. I love creating everyday piece with an extra loveliness in it.

Payment

I only accept paypal. Visa and MasterCard can be paid via paypal (you don't need to have a paypal account).

Your orders are shipped within 2 weekdays after payment is received.

*Canadian Customers*
I can convert USD to CND price, just contact me.

Shipping

All items are carefully wrapped in protective envelopes before shipment. I will deliver to the address provided in paypal. Please inform me if you wish your shipment to be sent elsewhere.

Items will be shipped by standard shipping. There will be NO tracking numbers or insurance coverage. If you prefer to have these options, please kindly convo me or contact me at cocoa.chuchu [!at] hotmail.com

Canada Post does not operate on weekends. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the items to arrive. Customs in Canada and your destination can cause the delay. Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you're not satisfied with your purchases, I'm happy to accept returns. Please notify me and ship the products back within 10 days of receiving the items. The products must be in good and unused conditions.

Cocoa Chu Chu will not accept exchange for international buyers due to high in costs.
