Welcome

At From Muddy Water, we strive to be as awesome as we can and, in turn, make you even more awesome than you already are. Unique and funky creations will make you stand out in a crowd. Nearly all my items are one of a kind or two of a kind.

Payment

At this time I only accept Paypal for payments. I follow Etsy's terms of three days for payment to be received. If you purchase the item accidentally and change your mind, just convo me and let me know right away. I won't leave nasty feedback if it was in error.

Shipping

As I am in Canada, I rely on Canada Post to get my parcels to my peeps. For the most part it takes between 7-10 business days to get to its destination, sometimes more, sometimes less. Please don't blame me for the postal system!

International orders are welcome. If you don't see your country listed, send me a convo and I'll see what I can do! I will fill out the customs form accurately so you will know what costs you may have to pay at customs, if any.

Refunds and Exchanges

If a parcel is hopelessly lost en route to you, I will refund your purchase as I do not offer insurance. For the most part I will not be able to offer the identical item as they are one of a kind. If you do not like the item and the fault is mine (I didn't describe it properly, measured it wrong, took an inaccurate photo), I will refund your purchase if the item is returned to me intact and saleable.

I will consider custom orders if they are possible and I have the product. I also ship internationally, just ask and I'll let you know the cost!
