Welcome

All pendants are handmade by me in Victoria, BC, Canada. Each piece is made with care by fusing glass in a kiln at high temperatures. All pendants are drilled to ensure a secure fastening for the cord. All findings are sterling silver. Each pendant is properly annealed (cooled) in the kiln to prevent spontaneous cracking or breakage. I adore animals and do not use any animal products in my work.

Payment

I accept payment by Paypal and credit card. You do not have to have a Paypal account in order to pay via Paypal.

Canadian residents are subject to GST. Residents of British Columbia are also subject to PST.
Note that all items are listed in US dollars. Canadians receive free shipping due to the exchange rate.

Shipping

I will ship your item using CanadaPost regular mail, which can take 7-10 days (sometimes longer, depending on customs).
Your pendant will be protected in a anti-silver-tarnish bag inside a bubble envelope.
Should you require insurance or a speedier method, please let me know and I can advise you of the cost difference.
squareware is not responsible for any customs tax or fees that you may incur from international shipping.
I ship items during weekdays - Monday to Friday.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your pendant if you have any concerns. I will issue a refund, minus shipping + handling, if item is returned in original condition within 30 days. Please note that while the pendants are strong, they are made of glass so take care when removing or putting the piece on - it will break if dropped on to tile or other hard surfaces.
