Payment

Paypal is my preferred method of payment and must be received before I begin working on your order. Please pay within 2 days or your order may be canceled.
You can also send me a money order; I will begin working on your order once I receive it (must be received within 7 days).
There is a $5.00 change fee if you change your order after 24 hours of your payment.

Shipping

I ship to anywhere in the world. I ship orders on Mondays and Thursdays, usually within a week of payment. Please contact me if you need your order shipped more quickly.
I use Paypal to create shipping labels (within the US), so please make sure your Paypal address is correct!
To the US, all items are shipped First Class with delivery confirmation (3 days).
To everywhere else, items are shipped First Class Parcel (5-10 days).
My items are packed in recycled (30% post consumer) brown paper in a Tyvek envelope.
Local buyers can contact me to pick up an order at a designated meeting spot.
International buyers are responsible for customs fees.
I can ship to a gift recipient if requested (and send a gift note).

Refunds and Exchanges

I welcome your feedback and am serious about using it to improve my slippers. If Wooly Baby makes a mistake, I will replace your slippers and pay shipping costs. If the slippers are the wrong size or you do not like the slippers, you may return them within one week for an exchange (you pay all shipping costs). The item must not be visibly worn. No sizing returns on wholesale orders.
Wooly Baby is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping.
