Welcome to Tootsies Bowtique! I have always been a crafty person and started making bows, tutus and accesories for my little girl when she was born. How we came up with the name, simple, we call our little girl tootsie roll. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me!

I specialize in custom made hair accessories and tutus. I also offer adult clips as well. All items are custom handmade to order. I love custom orders, if you see something you like but don't like the current color, let me know. I have hundreds of colors and styles to choose from.

Payment

I except Paypal and Money Orders, Paypal payments must be received within 2 days of purchase. Money Orders, please mail ASAP, and let me know you would like to pay with a money order, your order will be shipped once payment arrives.

Any order over $50.00 is FREE
Any order $25.00 - $49.99 will be $7.00
Any order $24.99 - $10.00 will be $5.00
Any order $9.99 and under will be $2.95 and under

WHEN YOU CHECK OUT AND YOU PAY MORE SHIPPING THEN WHAT I HAVE LISTED ON THE TABLE ABOVE, I WILL REFUND YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT!

Almost packages will be shipped USPS first class mail and will include delivery confirmation. If you require priority shipping, please let me know. Insurance is optional but recommended.

Refunds and Exchanges

If there is a problem with your product, please contact me within 5 days after receiving your product. If we can't come up with a reasonable solution, a full refund will be given minus shipping.

Insurance is optional but recommended. I do my best to package your product carefully. However, I will not be held responsible for your purchase once it has left my hands. If your item is damaged during shipping and you opted out on insurance, I will not be held responsible.
