Payment

I accept payment by Paypal.

Please make your payment within 48 hours of your purchase.

Shipping

All items are shipped via Canada Post. I ship by oversize letter mail. Purchases will be packaged in a small box for protection.

Most items in my shop are ready to go and I usually mail them within 24 hours of receiving payment. Custom made items will be shipped 3 - 4 days after payment.

I am shipping from Canada. If you are in Canada items should get to you in 2 - 5 business days, depending on your location. Items usually take 1 - 4 weeks to get to the US or other countries.

Please note that any custom fees, duties and/or taxes incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days.

You deserve to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me. Items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your item.
