If you purchased something from my shop, as soon as I've received the e-mail from Etsy (we'll both get one!) notifying me of your purchase, I'll send you a message to confirm that I got your order and let you know when your package will be on its way to you.

If there is a custom piece you would like please feel free to contact me. No prints are available at this time. In the future prints may be available but this moment I am only selling originals. Invitations are digital only.

Payment

Paypal is my preferred method of payment. If you choose to Paypal as your payment method, please submit payment immediately upon checking out. Credit & Debit cards are also accepted through paypal service.

If you don't have a PayPal account and don't want one, you can still pay at PayPal, via credit card, without having an account with them. If you have any questions about paying that way, just contact me and I can help.

Please note, regardless of method, payment must clear before I can ship! Thank you for understanding!

Shipping

I usually ship within three days of the order. If you have a particular deadline and need me to ship your package out more quickly, please let me know.

Some items are one of a kind and cannot be replicated. These items will be shipped first class or priority mail with delivery confirmation within the United States. All international packages will be sent basic airmail.

I do love my customers, those close by and those far, far away, alike, but please note that if you are outside of the United States, you will be solely responsible for any customs fees and taxes charged by your country for goods imported from other countries.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item and I will refund your cost (not including shipping)or exchange for another piece of equal value price. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

All text and images © Jenne Kopalek. Copyright is not transferable with sale. Upon purchase, you own the actual piece of artwork itself but the artist retains all rights, including reproduction rights.

Please note that individual monitor settings may result in color variance.
