The fine details of your purchases:

Payment

We will only ship items after receiving payment. Please make payments within three days of your purchase otherwise we find it necessary to cancel the purchase and return the listing to our Etsy shop.

Shipping

We ship USPS priority unless asked to do so differently.

Your order will be shipped within 7-14 days of your purchase. If we cannot meet this time frame we let you know as soon as possible.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please send back any unworn purchases within 7 days of receiving the item. We will refund your purchase, minus shipping charges.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Available Sizing (except for newborn cuddle which is 0-3m):
6m, 12m, 18m, 2T, 3T, 4T, 5T, 6, or 50 - 110 cm.

Colors: All colors shown are approximate due to the nature of hand dyed fabrics. There are many variables in the process and we can never guarantee the end result. We strive to reproduce exact matches (it would make our lives easier) but it does not always happen.

Custom orders: If you are interested in an applique that you do not see in our store please contact us and we can discuss ideas and appropriate charges (approx. 15 dollars per custom order).

Wholesale: Please contact us for a price sheet and minimum order amounts. We charge a 15% restocking fee on any wholesale returns.
