Payment

We process all payments through PayPal.
You have the choice which payment process you prefer at checkout.
Pay with your bank account, debit card, credit card or your PayPal balance.
All prices shown on the website includes 15% VAT

Shipping

We aim to post orders within 3 - 7 working days.
IN SOME CASES ORDERS MAY TAKE LONGER.
We ask if you require your order by a certain date that you e-mail us before making the order. We can then advise you that we can honor this date you require for delivery.

We always communicate with our customers, in any event that we cannot fulfill your order requirements we will always let you know via e-mail.

PLEASE ALLOW up to 28 days for Delivery (this is to protect ourselves in the case of busy periods, large orders, waiting for our stock delivery items.... etc)

Refunds and Exchanges

At any point during your shopping experience you can cancel your order.
Once you have made payment the order cannot be cancelled and you will receive delivery of your item/s.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

RETURNS
All items Must be returned within 7 days for UK orders and 14 days for the Rest of Europe - USA & Canada and Australia.
(from the date of your e-mail dispatch notice from us to you)

Refunds are for Merchandise Stock & Selected items only (see below for Non-Returnable Items)
We do not refund our postage & packaging costs.

When we have received the returned item/s in the same condition as sent, including the tags still attached, original packaging. A refund will then be processed to the buyer.
