Payment

Payments accepted through Paypal. You do not have to have Paypal account to complete your transaction. Major Credit and debit cards accepted.

When making a purchase on etsy click the Paypal option during checkout. Once order is submitted click the "Pay Now" button. This will take you to a separate Paypal windoow, On the left you will see in bold text "DON'T HAVE PAYPAL ACCOUNT." This is the option to pay with credit or debit card without having to sign up for a Paypal account.

Shipping

All orders ship the next business day payment is received. Items are shipped first class or priority mail with delivery confirmation.

United States orders arrive within 1-4 business days
International orders arrive within 10-12 business days

After the transaction is completed you are sent a receipt as well as tracking information via Paypal. Please note that international packages do not ship via Paypal, so you will not receive an automated email response. Refunds and Exchanges

Returns accepted within 10 days of purchase which will go towards shop credit. You may return items in the shop for store credit providing items are in new condition and unused.

Due to Hygenic reasons Hair Adornments and Earrings are non-returnable

All items are packaged with utmost care, however if damages occur, please photograph the item for immediate shipment of a replacement item or store credit.
