Beaded Things features simple products transformed into unique treasures by the addition of vivid color and hand-sculpted wire.

Payment

Currently I accept paypal as my only payment method. Buyers should pay for their items within 2 days.

Shipping

Most orders typically ship within 5 business days. Items may ship separately. If there is a reason that you must have a package on a specific date please include this information/date in the comment box at the checkout to head off costly misunderstandings. I do my best to consider your timeline when processing and shipping your order - but I have no control over the exact length of shipment time once an order has left my hands. Most products are made to order which sometimes takes a few days.

Standard method of shipping for most orders is USPS Mail with delivery confirmation. Some breakable items will ship via UPS ground.

Insurance is included in the price of all breakable items. If your shipment arrives broken please hold on to all shipping materials and the items and contact me as soon as possible. I will report all claims to either the USPS or UPS and send replacements as soon as possible.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order please notify me immediately. With prior approval you may send the item back to me in its original condition for a store credit within 7 days of receiving the item. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Any personalized or custom color order cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the error is the fault of the manufacturer.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am an experienced wholesale seller, and drop ship a few limited items for qualified e-tailers. I do not sell items on consignment.
