Payment

Accepted payment methods are PayPal ONLY. I do not accept Money Orders or Checks.

No PayPal account? No problem!

You may pay for your order with your credit card or bank account via PayPal. There’s no need to sign up for a PayPal Account.

Transactions that are not paid by an accepted payment method for within 48 hours will be reported to Etsy Support and your order will be canceled. If you are unable to pay within this time frame, please contact me to arrange payment before the 48-hour time period has passed to avoid cancellation of your order for non-payment.

All Items come packaged in a small ziptop baggie with bubble wrapping. It is then placed into a small gift bag with a ribbon.

SHIPPING THE PACKAGE

Your order will ship via PayPal shipping, so please be sure your PayPal address is correct.

US Residents will be able to check a packaged delivery via the USPS website at http://usps.com with the delivery confirmation number that will be provided to you by PayPal when I ship your order.

Domestic Shipments are sent USPS First Class Mail, and includes Delivery Confirmation.

Insurance is available on request at the buyers expense and based on the cost of the item.(Subject to availability outside the US.)

Lost, damaged, misdirected, undelivered packages will not be replaced if uninsured, unless under special circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

In rare cases, it may take up to 3 business days to ship your order. I will notify you of any shipping delays greater than 48 business hours.

I generally cannot ship weekends due to limited local USPS hours, so if your order is placed after Noon on Friday, it will ship the following Monday.

If you need expedited shipping, please let me know in “Notes to Seller” when ordering or via the "contact ohsocutejewelry" link on the item page, and I will make arrangements to get your order shipped as quickly as I can.

GIFT RECIPIENT

If you would like your order shipped to a gift recipient, I will be happy to do this. Please let me know in the notes to seller if you need this service. I can include a small handmade note at your request.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of the product and hygiene concerns, all earrings sales are final. The only exception is on earrings where the ear wire can be changed for unworn wires. The buyer making the return will be responsible for the ear wire replacement cost and any return shipping costs.

Anything that is made with memory wire can also be made with stretchy cord or nylon beading wire. Stretch cord usually does not require a clasp but nylon beading wire does. If you prefer a bracelet or necklace on wire with a clasp there is an additional $3 charge to the cost of the item. Earring wires can be replaced with clip ons if you are buying for someone without pierced ears. In addition, I can replace earrings with silver findings to gold findings. Just place a note to seller in the order. There is no extra fee for changing from silver to gold. Also, color of beads can be changed or an entirely custom piece can be designed just for you to meet your unique needs! Send your request to me through my contact page and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

I stand behind my work and want you to be happy. If the item is found to have a construction default, simply return the item, and I will gladly refund your full purchase price within 3 business days of my receipt of the item. The buyer will be responsible for return postage costs.

Please do not hesitate to contact me prior to placing your order if an item is not quite “perfect” for you. I’m more than happy to make it perfect.

Resizing is often available. Please request these upgrades before you order your handmade jewelry to avoid returns or exchanges. (Subject to additional fee and material availability.)

Fellow Etsy Sellers, I am willing to trade items in my shop for items in your shops of equal listed price. If you see an item you like, please send me a convo to ask about a trade. My trading process entails us both “purchasing” the desired item, and cross shipping the corresponding trade item as payment with delivery confirmation service at the shippers expense. I reserve the right to refuse any trade requests, and grant you that same right to refuse any requests I may send to you.
