Welcome to my second etsy store, for adventurers of all ages!

I hope you like what you see. If you think you'd like to see something different, another size, motif or a special shade of yarn perhaps, please contact me.

Please note that the colours in the pictures will vary from monitor to monitor. I give specific details regarding yarns used in my descriptions.

Payment

Please be sure to submit payment within three business days; otherwise, I will need to relist the item (contact me if you are not able to make payment within the three day window, so we can work something out).

Shipping

All items are gift boxed before being placed in a strong postage bag. I strive to send out all my orders by Royal Mail within 24 hours hours of purchase. UK deliveries are sent by First Class post and should be with you within two days, excepting busy times of year. Airmail deliveries to Europe are normally within three to five working days and worldwide delivery within five to eight working days.

Please contact me prior to payment, if you wish me to ship at a different rate.

Refunds and Exchanges

I value my customers and want you to be happy with your purchase.

If the item isn't custom made, please check measurements before buying and email for further details if required. If the item is custom made, it is your responsibility to give me the correct measurements.

However, should the item be damaged or faulty, I will offer an exchange or repair. In this instance, you should contact me through Etsy within 3 days of receiving your order and BEFORE you mail your purchase back to me. Any item returned must be in its original condition and must be sent back within 5 days of contacting me. Refunds will be given once the product is received by me.

This does not include damage incurred while in transit to you.
