popsicleday's Shop Policies

Welcome

Popsicle Day is all hand made original designs. If you see something in the shop that you like but maybe you want it a little different or you want something even more one-of-a-kind (!) feel free to get in touch about custom designs.

Payment

PayPal only please(but don't worry, you can still use your credit card through PayPal if you don't have an account with them).

Please pay for your orders when you order them. If you run into any problems, feel free to contact me and I will do my best to fix them. In accordance with Etsy, if your payment is not made in full within 3 days I will have to cancel the order.

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 2-3 days of your payment clearing. (If you have requested a custom item, please allow several extra days for construction.)

All items within the US are shipped USPS First Class. Please indicate if you would like insurance or indirect signature requirement (at an extra cost). If you would like a different form of shipping, please contact me and I will send you an adjusted shipping cost. If your Etsy address is different from your PayPal address, please indicate which address you would like your item(s) shipped to.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. Once I have received the item in its original condition, you will be refunded the purchase price (minus shipping fees). I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged by shipping.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact me within 7 days of receipt.
