Jovia Handmade Soap's are designed to please the senses....they are made to be beautiful to look at, wonderful to smell and gentle on the skin.

Your satisfaction with Jovia Soap is top priority and only those soaps that meet the above criteria are sold. One sample soap from each batch is voluntarily tested by humans on humans.

Payment

Payment via Paypal is due when you complete your order.

Please make your purchases and pay through paypal. I will send you a refund for any shipping overage amount.

Shipping

For all orders $30 and over to Canadian and US destinations.
Canada - $5 shipping.
US - $10 shipping.

Jovia Soap only charges ACTUAL shipping rates (or less) via Canada Post. No service or handling charges.....that's just mean!

All shipments are sent via Canada Post Surface, within approximately 48 hours of payment confirmation, to your Paypal address. Contact me if you wish to use an alternate shipping choice or would like the shipment sent to another location.

Canadian Shoppers - You will notice the higher shipping rate for single soap purchases...this is because Canada Post does not have a "Small Package" rate for domestic shipments. Their lowest weight threshold is 0.75kg. For BC this equals approx. $7(CAN) shipping, for AB and SK - just under $10(CAN), and for the rest of Canada - $12(CAN).

US Shoppers - Canada Post charges the following amounts for small packages sent via surface mail to most US destinations - up to 250 grams $5.25(CAN); 251 - 500 grams $7.50(CAN); 501 - 1000 grams $11.15(CAN). Air mail tends to be a couple of dollars more in each weight catagory. Canada Post surface can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Please contact me or leave a message when purchasing if you would like a faster shipping option.

International Shoppers - Canada Post charges approximately the following amounts for small packages sent via surface mail to most International destinations - up to 250 grams $6.00(CAN); 251 - 500 grams $8.50(CAN); 501 - 1000 grams $15.00(CAN). Air mail is usually about 1.5x to 2x the cost of surface mail. Canada Post surface can take up to 6 weeks for delivery. Please contact me or leave a message when purchasing if you would like a faster shipping option.

Due to the way Etsy's Checkout works, you will likely be overcharged for shipping. Be aware that all shipping overages of more than $1 will be refunded back to your Paypal account.

Jovia Handmade Soaps is not responsible for any customs costs or for any damage caused by customs officials. Please be aware of your country's importation laws.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of this product, I am unable to accept returns. If you have any concerns about the product you have received, please contact me so that we can come to a mutually agreeable conclusion.

All product listings have full descriptions, including ingredients. Be sure to read each listing carefully before purchasing. Please be aware that each bar of Jovia Soap soap is unique. These soaps are handmade and as such will have slight colour and design variances between bars.
