Welcome to Belle & Byrd on Etsy.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS: My shop will remain open throughout the holidays but I will be taking some time away from the studio. Feel free to shop but please read carefully as most items have a two week wait before I will be back and ready to work on them. I will be available by email so feel free to drop a line if you have any questions. Thank you for your support throughout the year and I hope you have a peaceful holiday.

All cases and sleeves are sized for the latest generation of your gadget or laptop unless otherwise noted. To find out if you have the latest generation, contact the manufacturer or contact me for information on where to go to find out.

Payment

I accept Paypal (which accepts all major credit cards).
Payment is due at the time of order.

If you require a special size or a customization, please contact me before you purchase.

Shipping

Check your listing for information on when you item will be ready to ship. You will be notified via email when your order ships.

Domestic Shipping: All items are sent via the US Postal Service. Some items ship via USPS Priority due to their weight. If you need your item in a hurry, let me know prior to purchase and I will adjust the shipping cost to get it to you on time.

International Shipping: All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail. This has proven to be a reliable, low cost way to ship internationally but be prepared as it can easily take two weeks to arrive and some countries in particular (I'm looking at you Canada) can take longer. I will gladly adjust the shipping costs upon request to Priority Mail.

If you're item is a gift or requires special attention during shipping, please leave a note along with your purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

In the event there is a problem with your order that is my fault, I will do everything I can to make it right.

In the event that a case or sleeve does not work because you have a laptop or gadget that it was not made for, you can exchange it for the correct size but the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges and the original item must be returned to my studio in new condition before a replacement can be started. The replacement may be delayed depending on the length of my wait times for other items in my shop at the time of the return.

In the event an item is returned unwanted and unloved, the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and money will only be refunded when it is returned in new condition by the buyer.

If you had an item custom-made, a refund is only possible if there is a problem with sizing or construction.
