Welcome

The environment is important to us at Marmalade Design, Co.

To help offset the carbon footprint of us making the pendants, we will donate 5 cents for every pendant sold. It may not seem like a lot, but it will be more than enough to offset our yearly footprint. We also recycle any paper leftover from the pendant making process, and use the lowest impact glues we can find.

Payment

Payment is expected within 3 days for online methods - Currently we only accept PayPal

•PayPal, easily use a credit or debit card and echecks. You do not need to sign up for an account to make a payment. Be sure your PayPal and Etsy addresses are the same. Any discrepancies will cause a delay in shipping until information is verified.

Shipping

We ship just about every day with the possible exception of holidays and weekends.

•Your purchase is out the door 1 - 2 business days after payment has cleared. If you need something by a specific date, please let us know promptly upon payment.
•Packages are sent USPS First Class or Priority for both United States and International addresses. US shipments include delivery confirmation.
•Express shipping and insurance are available for an additional charge.
•Customs Forms will be marked as merchandise with basic item description and actual price paid. You are responsible for any duties, fees or taxes collected by your country.
•All items are wrapped in tissue paper made from 100% recycled fiber with a Neutral Ph and a packing slip is included, printed on paper that is 100% recycled. The packaging we use will keep your item secure and safe through transit. It is either recycled by us or made from recycled materials and can be recycled by you, whenever possible.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us to make things right. Returns will only be accepted with prior approval and when we have made a significant error in the information of the item. If you have any concerns please contact us and we will work things out.
