Well hello there! I guess if you're looking at this page, you must be interested in a piece in my shop! Trust me, I'm happy you're here!
If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to contact me using the "contact suppliesonhand" button, to the right. I am on this site every day making contacts with people, networking and what have you. The contact will be answered within 1 working day, but probably sooner.

Payment

Payment needs to be secured within 3 days of order or the item will be relisted and sold to another customer. (as per stated in the Etsy rules)

NON-PAYMENT:
If payment is not submitted within 3 days (though it is due immediately after placing the order) the transaction will be canceled and appropriate feedback will be left for the buyer.

Shipping

*PLEASE make sure your Etsy address is accurate and current! This is the address that your order will ship to via USPS.

*Shipping will occur within 48 hours after purchase as I don't ship on weekends. If you purchase an item on a weekend or late Friday,it will be shipped on the following Monday USPS.

*Insurance is optional on your part, but please keep in mind that if you do not choose to take insurance, I will not responsible for the errors or damage via USPS.

Refunds and Exchanges

If an item is not what you had originally thought you had purchased, damaged, lost, etc., please contact me as I am a reasonable person.
