Hi thanks for visiting my shop.
I am always trying to work as fats as I can to get your order made .I will do my best to insure a high quality of my art .Because they're all hand made they will show imperfection but that is the charm of hand made And I will let you know right a way if it will take longer as usually do to supplier problems or if I am backed up with orders.

Payment

I except Pay Pal and personal cheques .But I only start the order when your cheque is cleared!
If it does not clear I will cancel the order.

Shipping

I ship small and ligth pieces with Canada mail.
bigger orders or heavier pieces will be send UPS .Or by Greyhound Bus if you live in Canada .

Refunds and Exchanges

I will insure the shipment please let me know right away if there is any damage do to shipment .So you can make a claim to refunded .It is then up to you to order a replacement .
If there is damage by constructing of the piece let me know as well sometimes ceramic is sneaky and false show up weeks later.
