Payment

I accept payment via Paypal. Once the payment is clear, I will send the goods as soon as possible.

Shipping

I will deliver the items by AIR (Priority). Items will be NICELY AND CAREFULLY packed in a bubbled letter envelope.

*Registered Post for more secured mailing* +5.5 USD

For the item(s) sending within France, it will normally take 3 working days; for those in EU, it will arrive around 7 working days; and for the rest of countries, it will take averagely 7-14 working days.

Please kindly note the goods will be sent from France.

Refunds and Exchanges

Each item is handmade. For the polymer clay products, there will be possibilities having finger prints or tiny non-visible scratches on the surface. Also, the size of the same product would be slightly different as they are not made by moulds.

Any damages and losses due to transportation, Koala.BonheurCreator will not take any responsibilities.

In order to secure your mail, I highly recommend using *Registered mail* as stated in "Shipping" Section.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Colour would be slightly vary due to the colour setting of each individual computer.

Those items can be made to order and made by hands ^_^ (very unique!), hence, they might slightly differ from the image shown.
