Welcome to the Whipped Bakeshop Etsy store! We take great pride in our cookies and we absolutely love designing, baking and decorating them. We appreciate you taking the time to check out our goodies.

Payment

Whipped Bakeshop currently accepts PayPal for purchases through our Etsy store. We will begin working on your order as soon as we receive payment from you!

Shipping

Your treats will be baked and decorated fresh and mailed via UPS Ground shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

We take great care when packaging our cookies, however it is always possible (yet highly unlikely) that some breakage may occur in shipping. While we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for broken cookies, but rest assured that they would taste just as good!

Please also be aware that some slight color variation may occur between the photo and the finished cookie. This happens because... well... the cookies are made by an artist and not by a machine! Trust us, this is a good thing, so we don't offer refunds or exchanges for color variation. Whipped wouldn't ship your cookies if they weren't up to our very high standards!

Additional Policies and FAQs

Sometimes, our cookies come with a flavor choice. If so, then you will need to let us know which flavor you prefer in the "notes" section when you place your order. If you do not, we will choose a flavor for you - don't worry, they are all delicious!
