I will pretty much bend over backwards to make you happy. However please note that I don't do custom work...or build anything other than what is listed.

Payment

Payment in USD only

Pay Pal is preferred,you can pay with credit cards (through paypal) or by money order.
If sending a money order, please make it out to Michael Cook. Payment is due upon clicking 'buy now' with online payments. Money orders must be received within two weeks (to allow for mailing to Canada). Please contact me before agreeing to buy an item if you would like to hold it, want to make payments on it, etc. so we can work it out.
I do reserve the right to cancel a sale and relist the item if payment is not received within one week for PayPal and two weeks for Money Order.

Shipping

I ship Canada Post expedited which means packages big and little usually take within two weeks to reach their global destination, but I will consider a package still in transit for 3 1/2 weeks from the mailout date before arranging compensation, because occasionally they do take that long (why????? I don't know.)

Refunds and Exchanges

Damaged Products will be replaced at no cost to you. Customer pays for shipping on exchanges.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Payment, payment arrangements , are required in one week. I will convo you after one week through ETSY if nothing has been done in terms of transaction the item will be relisted.
Non reply will result in item being relisted
