Payment

*I am only accepting paypal payments at this time.

Shipping

*I will ship your Hello Grey Day item when your payment has been confirmed, and on the next available shipping day.
If for some reason next day shipping is not possible for me due to a Mt. Ranier eruption or any other act of God that would make my trip to the post office impossible, I will contact you immediately with the soonest possible shipping date.

*If you live in the Redmond/Seattle area and would like to pick your print up personally, please convo me.

Refunds and Exchanges

*I package each item in my shop with lots of love and attention. I will do everything that I can to safely prepare it for it's big trip. However, I cannot be responsible for any losses or damages that may occur in the event of a Mt. Ranier eruption, act God, or really anything else.

Additional Policies and FAQs

*If you intend for your purchased item to be a gift, include who it is to, and any message you would like me to send with it in the message to seller. I will give it a little extra sugar!
