Welcome

I love to use recycled and recyclable products. All my greetings cards are printed on 100% recycled stock, and are supplied with 100% recycled envelopes in clear bio-degradable protective bags. The bags are made from corn starch which is fully bio-degradable and compostable, breaking down to just CO2 and H2O – how much greener can you get!?!

Payment

I only accept payment by PayPal please. All items must be paid for prior to dispatch.

Shipping

All my orders are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail as soon as possible (usually within 3-5 working days of cleared payment). Items within the UK are sent First Class, International orders are sent via Airmail. If you require insurance or wish to have a signed for service, please contact me before you place your order, any additional fees for these services will be charged to you at cost. I am new to international shipping so have tried to cover any potential hidden costs, if I find that I have overcharged you, I will refund any excess shipping and packing costs (in blocks of $1). Customers must pay any additional local taxes or import duties not covered by the standard service offered by the Royal Mail. I cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post, but I always obtain proof of posting. If your item is lost or does not arrive I will always organise a refund from the Royal Mail on your behalf.
