It is CrackPotWoodys goal to create only the highest quality items that you will enjoy for many years. If I am not completely satisfied that an item is up to those standards, it will not be sold.

If there is a specific item you'd like to request or idea you have in mind, feel free to ask. CrackPotWoody is always open to new ideas and will try handle custom orders as possible.

Payment

All payments should be made at time of placing the order unless other arrangements were previously made.

CrackPotWoody accepts Paypal or credit/debit card payments through paypal. Note you do not need to have a Paypal account to pay with credit/debit card. Just click on the pay with Paypal logo.

For local pickup/drop-off customers cash/check arrangements can be made. Please contact prior to purchase.

Shipping

Shipping is available only within the United States.


Combined shipping for multiple items is available and free of charge whenever it's possible to ship items in the same packaging. If items cannot fit in to the same packaging, additional charges will apply. CrackPot will always try to keep the shipping cost down.

If you are local, pickup/drop-off arrangements can be made ahead of time. Please contact CrackPot prior to purchase to make these arrangements.

Refunds and Exchanges

CrackPot wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your are not satisfied with your item, please contact CrackPotWoody and he will do his best to remedy the problem.**

Items may be returned for a refund of purchase price(not including shipping)within 7 days of date of purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded and buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be returned in original condition.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Natural blemishes or imperfections are not uncommon in lumber. Many times adding beauty and character to the peice. I dont consider these defects unless it will effect the structural integrity of the peice and in that case it would not be sold. Please Zoom in on photos to take a closer look prior to purchase.

On the Level: Each of my items is checked for level on a Cast Iron surface both when being crafted and again just prior to shipping. Please keep in mind, wood moves. It absorbs humidity in the air, water from cleaning, it dries, expands and it contracts from season to season. When checking your item for level, be sure to test it in several places. The silicone feet on the cutting boards can easily be sanded to make minor adjustments for wood movement.
