Welcome

I create all Luma handwovens with the intention of spreading warmth and happiness. Ensuring that you are deeply content with each piece is of great importance to me.

Payment

I accept money orders and Paypal. Money orders must be received before items are shipped. To my fellow Canadians - Please know I have adjusted all of my prices to compensate for the exchange rate!

Shipping

For smaller pieces sent within Canada I use Xpress post to get your lovely wovens to you in 2-3 business days. Larger orders will take about 5-6 business days.
For all other destinations travel time is usually 6-8 days but can take longer if customs are slow in processing the package.
All orders are insured and have tracking numbers to prevent loss.

Refunds and Exchanges

If your woven piece has been damaged in transit, I will send you a full refund upon receiving the damaged piece. If it has been lost by the postal service, I will send a full refund as well.
In the unlikely case of dissatisfaction with your handwovens, please contact me right away and we'll see what we can work out!
