Welcome to CBG (short for Cherry Blossom Girl) Jewelry. All items are hand made by me in Portland, OR. If you live in Portland and are interested in seeing the piece, please contact me and we can meet at my shop space in downtown Portland.

Payment

I currently accept PayPal, which is a secure online payment system. I require payment within 24 hours of the purchase. If payment is not received within that time, I reserve the right to cancel the order. If you need more time, just contact me and let me know.

Shipping

I will ship your order as soon as payment is confirmed, if the purchase is made on a weekend or holiday it will be shipped the following business day. I prefer UPS-- with delivery confirmation within the USA--when you're checking out, please leave me your phone number in the "notes" area. UPS requires a phone number for 3-day shipping. If you live outside of the USA please contact me and we can arrange shipping and I can give you a current shipping price depending on the desired shipping method. If you have a preference please let me know at the time of purchase. Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge if desired.

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchanges are available for any purchased item within 2 weeks of the receipt of your item. Just contact me and we can figure something out!
I know it can be difficult to buy jewelry without having the opportunity to try it on first. If you are seriously considering a piece, but are having a problem imagining how it would look on, please let me know so that I can email you additional photos that will be helpful to your decision making.
