Payment

Payment can be made via Paypal, money order, cashier's check, or cash (but I don't recommend it)

Payments must be made within 3 days, or I will assume that you do not want the item, and then I will cancel the sale.

Shipping

- I usually USPS first class mail, unless asked/paid to ship priority (within the USA) within 3 business days. Items are sent first class mail, which takes about 2-6 business days, depending on how far away from me you live.

- I ship international usually the next day, but sometimes same day also. International packages are sent first class international mail, and can take anywhere from 5-21 business days.

-Custom orders, such as PET TAGS are made and usually shipped within 3 days of payment. However, if there will be a delay I will contact you to let you know.

Refunds and Exchanges

If I have in some way, shape, or form misrepresented the item, I will issue an exchange, less shipping. Item must then be mailed back to me within 7 days.
