I am passionate about jewelry! I love beads, glass, resin, fabric, metal you name it.... I always try to think outside the box and put some part of me into my designs. I try to keep my prices reasonable and my customers happy. I enjoy designing custom pieces and love learning new techniques.

Payment

This shop gladly accepts PayPal and money orders. Payment must be made at the time of purchase.Payments must be confirmed, and money orders must be received via US MAIL before anything is shipped.

Shipping

Payment MUST be confirmed before anything is shipped.Shipping prices cover packing materials as well as actual postage. I will ship item(s) within 3 days of payment confirmation. If you require insurance, there will be an additional charge.
Please notify me if I am shipping to a different address other than your own. Make sure that all information is correct. My shop cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect information.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: I ship only to the US and Canada at the present time. Sorry for the inconvenience
If you would like to insure the package I will gladly quote you an updated shipping cost.... however without insurance on an item my shop cannot be held responsible for damage done DURING shipping. I wrap all of my items in tissue paper or newspaper, with bubble wrap,and send it in either a cushioned bubble-lined mailer or a USPS flat-rate box.I will usually place the word "Fragile" on the package as a precaution. If the item is damaged please send me photos and the package can be returned to me within 10 days of the shipment date.

I do not refund shipping cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

First off I strive for 100% customer satisfaction. I will always do whatever I can to provide wonderful customer service. Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
1.)The buyer should and must email or convo me telling me why you are returning the item(s).
2.)The item must be returned in good,unaltered condition WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING within 7 days of purchase. Please wrap your return carefully for shipping. If something happens to the item because of inadequate packaging, a refund will NOT be issued.I do not refund shipping costs.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Regarding custom orders:
Custom orders will be posted in the "custom order" section of my shop. I will contact you through convo (or email which ever you prefer) regarding the materials, the bead selection, colors,etc.,and payment, (which must be agreed upon by both parties before any work is done.)
Payment of half must be made to cover materials, and the balance is due upon completion. Once payment is received and confirmed the item(s) will be shipped.
I use metal findings and usually these are hypo-allergenic but some findings can contain lead and/or Nickel, Please let me know before ordering the item that you will need a Hypo-allergenic ear wire. While I don't charge extra for Hypo-allergenic ear wires, I will need to charge .25 per ear wire for Sterling silver and Gold Filled ear wires.
