Payment

Check or paypal, please.

If paying by check, items will not ship until payment is received.

Cancellation of an order must be made within 24 hours.

Shipping

USPS Flat rate shipping. Whatever fits in the envelope or box is what you pay for shipping, no matter how many items you purchase! (Shipping prices will be adjusted accordingly).

Whatever fits ships for one low rate.

Envelope or small box - $4.95

Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box - $10.35

Priority Mail Large Flat Rate Box - $13.95

For larger items that will not fit in any of these packages, they will be sent via UPS ground. Any breakable items will be double packaged to ensure safe shipment.

Refunds and Exchanges

No refunds on shipping costs if an item has been shipped. Refunds will be given for the cost of the item(s), not the shipping.

Sorry, no refunds or exchanges on original artwork.

Custom designed products (such as business cards) will require customer approval before going in to production. Check your proof carefully. No refunds are given on spelling errors or misinformation approved by the customer. No exceptions ever. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

In the chance that I have clearly made a mistake, I will quickly remedy the issue in the fairest possible way. Your satisfaction is very important to me.

As a graphic designer, I am capable of taking personal project requests including, but not limited to: business cards, bookmarks, postcards, and invitations.

Design should be affordable for anyone. I offer competitive pricing and guarantee your satisfaction with my work and quality of the products I offer when creating custom graphic design work.
