Payment

All Etsy purchases must be paid via Paypal. Please be sure to pay at the time of purchase. Contact if you find any questions or problems with Paypal or our product.
For multiple purchases to the same address – please pay for order(s) and then contact us to see if combined shipment is available.

If your purchase is not paid for immediately, and there is no payment or contact within 3 days of purchase, I retain the right to void the transaction and relist the item.

All California residents will be charged 9.75% sales tax at the time of payment.

Shipping

Orders will most likely be shipped within three business days if item is in stock.

Custom orders might take 3-4 weeks to process and ship. Most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and shipped to the address on your Paypal account. Please be sure that is the correct address when paying for item and always include a phone number.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales final for photography items.
Exceptions may be made at times, but each and every product is inspected before it is shipped.
An exception will only be made if I am contacted within 5 days of delivery and only if the item shows no signs of use or damage.
Returning the item must be discussed before item is shipped back in order to have a refund and you are responsible for shipping the item back to me with proof of delivery, such as signature or delivery confirmation.

Custom orders are all sales final – no exceptions. Please contact if you have questions before you place your custom order.

We were so pleased that we chose Joelle to take our dream wedding photographs. We did not get married in the city we live so everything was planned via email and phone. I found Joelle on a site (among other photographers) and after the first telephone call I knew I had met the right photographer. I immediately stopped looking and booked her for our Disneyland wedding. Joelle was very organized and knowledgeable.
