Welcome to my little nook on Etsy. I want my customers to be as happy with their purchases as I have been with my mine. I have had the pleasure to work with many of Etsy's wonderful sellers and I have not been disappointed yet!

Please convo me to ask any questions instead of using email. I wouldn't want anything to get lost in my spam folder.

Payment

I expect payment via paypal within 3 days. If you are local I would love to save on shipping charges. We can work out details to meet up somewhere. If we do meet up I gladly accept cash as payment instead of paypal.

Shipping

I use recycled or recyclable materials for your package. I will reuse boxes or bubble mailers myself so if this is for a gift let me know and I will be sure to use new.
Reduce Reuse Recycle

I will ship via Priority mail or UPS and I am exploring 1st class mail. If you would like a cheaper rate please convo me and I will give you a quote. I always ship with delivery confirmation and insurance. That protects us both. Upon shipment, you will receive an automated email from Paypal that confirms your shipment, along with tracking info. Please make sure your Etsy and Paypal addresses match. If not, please indicate which address you'd like it shipped to. I WILL DEFAULT TO YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS FOR SHIPMENT. Please contact me if you do not receive shipping notification from PayPal.

For my international customers, I will gladly give you a shipping quote. Any customs, duties, taxes, fees, etc that are charged upon delivery are your responsibility and are not reflected in my shipping charges. International packages do not ship via Paypal, so you will not receive the automated email. Unfortunately there is no way to track an international package.

Refunds and Exchanges

My goal is to have happy customers! Due to the nature of my products there are no refunds. If you have a problem, please contact me before leaving feedback so I can do my best to make sure you have a positive experience. Thanks!

Additional Policies and FAQs

I try my best to portray my listings as accurately as I can. I take great pride in my vanilla. I hope you love it as much as I do! If for some reason you are not happy, please convo me and we will work something out.
