Thank you for your interest in my creative life. I strive to craft beautiful one-of-a-kind pieces of beaded art. Each piece of beaded art is an original design of my own and I hope that which ever piece you chose to bring into your life will make it a little more beautiful.

Payment

I accept Paypal and Money Orders. Payment is expected withing 5 days of the purchase. A 6.5% tax must be paid by buyers residing in the state of Ohio.

Shipping

Your purchase will be shipped the day after I receive payment for the item. Within the U.S. I will ship via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail which is a two to three day mail service. If you have another shipping preference, please let me know. Insurance is optional and probably a good idea. Please let me know if you would like to take advantage of this option. If you are outside the U.S. please email me about an estimated shipping cost because these costs vary from place to place.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your beaded art, please contact me within 10 days of receiving your item and I will do my best to help resolve the problem.
