I have been making pottery for almost fifteen years though my interest in soil and fire go back much further. I work with raw clays that I gather locally or regionally and process by hand. Many of my glazes are formulated using local soils/stones and plant ashes. All of my work is fired with wood. Despite the high work input and unpredictability of this approach I find both the results and the processes rewarding.

Payment

Stony Meadow Pottery accepts PayPal, personal checks, and Money Orders however PayPal is the preferred method for transactions which will expedite shipping.
Payment or contact is required within three days of purchase.
Pennsylvania residents add 6% Sales Tax

Shipping

I ship UPS ground unless otherwise specified by customer. If you want EXPEDITED SHIPPING options convo me and I will give you a quote. Shipment within three(business) days of payment, cleared e check, personal checks or money orders.

I double box and use recycled shipping materials so if you have allergy issues please contact me before shipment. Insurance is included.

Contact me if your item arrives broken. You will need to take it and all of the original packaging to UPS to file a claim. I will notify you with a tracking number when the item ships.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS please convo me for adjusted shipping rate to your country. Customs fees vary by country, buyer is responsible for those fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

My hope is that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with the work after it arrives, please notify me as to why. At that point, please send it back to me, insured, and I will refund the purchase price minus shipping
