All of the handmade items in this store are carefully handcrafted with attention to detail.

Payment

Payment is requested within 7 days of purchase. Money orders are accepted but also keep in mind that you do not need a PayPal account in order to make a payment through it. If you have trouble or concerns with Paypal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will do my best to assist you with this process.

Shipping

All items are shipped USPS within 1 - 3 business days after payment is received. If you are paying with a check, the item will be shipped when the payment clears. If this is a rush order, please let me know in advance and I will do my best to get it to you ASAP.

I have never lost a package with USPS, but recommend you request insurance for your purchase. Once your package is received by USPS, I cannot be responsible for whether or not it arrives or for the condition it arrives in. However, all products are packaged with great care to prevent damage in shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please notify me within 7 days of receiving the product if you wish to return it. The return must be received within 30 days in its original condition and a refund will be given within 30 days of the item being returned minus postage. Mail damage is extremely rare, and losses will be dealt on a case to case basis; please contact me if you have concerns.

Please notify me that you will be returning the product.
Please use Delivery Confirmation # for Proof of Return!
