Welcome

Thanks so much for taking a peek into my shop. I appreciate your business more than words can express.

I put a lot of love and care into the pieces I make, to ensure a smile on your face every time.

I also only use quality materials.

Now and then, I will feature pieces created by my best friend, Mel. When you purchase an item that has been "Made by Mel," you'll see it written in the listing's description.

Payment

I ask that items are paid for within 3 days of purchase. I only accept Paypal.

Shipping

I charge for the shipping and handling of items (i.e. the USPS shipping cost plus my handling fee).

All orders are packaged with care and I make sure the item can not be damaged if the package is dropped or poorly handled.

Packages are shipped out in bulk on Saturday mornings, but if you order something really early on in the week, I will do my best to get to the post office as soon as possible.

I send everything out First Class, but if you want your item sent Priority, please convo me before you buy the item, so that I may adjust the shipping rate for you.

For International Shoppers: If you would like to purchase an item from my shop, please convo me so that I may reserve it for you and adjust the shipping rate to reflect the proper total.

I am not responsible for any duties or customs fees on International orders and they remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Should you want a tracking number or insurance, please convo me BEFORE you purchase the item, so that I may adjust the shipping total accordingly.

Refunds and Exchanges

I never want an unhappy customer. All refunds and exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis.

If, once you receive the item you purchased from me, you are unsatisfied with it in any way, again, please contact me ASAP before leaving feedback. I really want to avoid any negative feedback, so please, always contact me beforehand so we can work something out. Your complete satisfaction is important to me.

As for shipping/delivery issues, to ensure that your package arrives safely, convo me before buying to add insurance and/or a tracking number. If you do not add these extras and your package gets lost or damaged in transit, please convo me before leaving feedback, so that we may work it out.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am open to custom orders, so feel free to click on the Alchemy link found on my shop page. I ask that you be as detailed as possible in describing what you want. It would also be a great help if you include photographs as visual examples. Once I receive your request, I will shop around to locate all the materials required to complete your order and will let you know the total cost of your piece. I will also send you e-mail updates with photographs while I work, to ensure that it is coming along to your expectations.
