Antoinette Design creates one-of-a-kind fine silver and semi-precious designs for one-of-a-kind people! I am a displaced country girl, forever fixated on bringing bits of nature into my urban life. I love to create jewelry that feels special, secret, magical and enduring.
I work in Art Clay Silver, an amazing clay form of recycled fine silver that allows for infinite creative possibilities. When kiln-fired, the clay sinters to it's fine silver form, and can then be finished in traditional methods. Fine silver is 99.9% pure silver, making it more pure than sterling, and therefore a natural choice for those with metal allergies, or for those who love the pure essence and beauty of gleaming silver. Another benefit of it's purity and alchemy; it's slower to tarnish than sterling, which means less polishing, and because it's the product of a recycling initiative in Japan, it's a green means to beautiful jewelry!
Finding and working in Art Clay Silver has been like coming home for me, it is an amazing medium, one that constantly inspires and challenges me and keeps me coming back for more! ;)

Payment

Payment is requested when placing your order, and your order will be shipped once receipt of payment has been confirmed. All Canadian taxes are included in the price (for our Canadian customers!) Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of ordering, and the balance is due prior to shipping your custom order.

Shipping

Current turnaround for shipping is within one week (7 days) after receipt of payment, and custom orders will be completed and shipped to you within two weeks (14 days) of the date that the order and deposit are received.
All orders (domestic and international) will be shipped via Canada Post (3-7 day shipping.)
If you would like insurance please add $1.00 for orders under $100.00 and $2.00 for orders over $100.00. Please convo me for express shipping rates!
Antoinette Design is not responsible for lost or damaged items if insurance is not purchased.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be 100% happy with your Antoinette Design, so if for any reason you are not satisfied, just send the piece back (within 30 days, in the original condition) and I'll refund you the cost of the piece (minus the shipping) or fix the problem, whichever you prefer.
I guarantee my workmanship against normal, everyday wear and tear for the life of the piece. If in the unlikely case that you Antoinette Design needs a repair, please send it back to us and it will be repaired and return to you, free of charge. Replacing lost stones may be subject to an additional charge, due to stone availability and setting modifications. Antoinette Design retains the right to refuse repairs if the piece was obviously broken due to negligence or misuse.

Additional Policies and FAQs

A 2" extender chain can be purchased for any necklace or bracelet for $1.00, and all hook earrings are shipped with rubber stoppers to keep them safely on your ears! All rings are sized on a standard US ring mandrel. Should you receive your ring and it doesn't fit, I will happily resize it for you for a $10 fee (plus return shipping to you.) If you are unsure of your ring size, please convo me and I will email you a ring sizing guide.
