Payment

Please pay at the time that you place your order. PayPal is the quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay. If you prefer I will accept US Postal money orders. These are available at any Post Office in the US. Make money order payable to: Mark Eliot Schwabe, PO Box 1630, Watisfield, VT 05673. Shipping

I ship via US Mail - "First Class" for lighter pieces, "Priority" for heavier items. US Mail "First Class International" for pieces going outside of the US. Pieces $50.00 or more, going to a US address, are shipped with insurance. Under $50.00, AND outside the US, there is NO insurance. If you require insurance for these, let me know when checking out & send me a conversation or an email - SteamSmith [!at] MarkieMoose.com , I will let you know what is possible. Note that insurance for addresses outside of the US requires an upgraded shipping service and is VERY expensive. I usually ship 1 to 3 business days from the date of cleared payment. If you need something in time for a special occasion please let me know by leaving this info in the 'notes to seller' when checking out & send me a conversation or an email - SteamSmith [!at] MarkieMoose.com . I will do my best to make sure you have it in time. I combine shipping only on orders that are paid for together. Discount shipping rates are already built in.

Refunds and Exchanges

My products are top quality. If you are not happy with anything that you buy from me, you may return it for any reason within 7 days. I will refund the full purchase price including shipping. You only pay the cost of mailing it back to me.
