Payment

I only accept paypal for payment.
Items will be posted once payment has cleared - this can sometimes take a few days.

Shipping

All vases are securely wrapped in tissue, bubble wrap, card and then in a jiffy bag.
All parcels are marked fragile.

Refunds and Exchanges

I'll refund the cost of the vase if you really don't like it. I'm afraid you'll have to pay the postage both ways.
Please let me know before you send back an item.
