My goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please send me a message!

Each design was hand crafted. No two pieces are exactly alike!

Payment

I accept PayPal and Check. If paying with a check, the item will be shipped once the check is received and cleared through my bank. Check must be received within 5 business days of your purchase. If not received, the purchase will be terminated and the item relisted. (Unless you have contacted me)
Items will be shipped within 3 business days of your purchase.

Shipping

Items are shipped through First Class Mail with the Post Office. Faster delivery is available at a charge to the buyer.

I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once they are shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges

Contact me if you have a requests for a refund or exchange and we will try to work something out.

Please contact me before leaving feedback if you are unsatisfied.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I also make personalized sterling silver disk necklaces. Most people get them with their child(ren)s names, special occasions, school names, specific sports, or pets names. Each disk has coordinating colored beads or birthstones. Contact me if you are interested!
