It's my goal to make classic, quality jewelry that you'll want to wear again and again.

I'm sure you'll enjoy owning a piece of my jewelry as much as I enjoy creating it!

Please feel free to contact me regarding any questions you have about my listings. I always respond in a timely manner.

Payment

At this time, I do not accept checks or money orders. Please submit payment within 3 days of your purchase. If no payment is received within 3 days, I will send a friendly reminder to do so. If no payment is send within 3 days of the reminder, I will assume you have changed your mind and cancel the sale.

Shipping

I ship via USPS First Class mail, usually within 1 day after cleared payment. If you would like expedited shipping or insurance, please contact me and we can arrange it for a small fee.


Please be sure your Paypal address and Etsy address match. I must ship to Paypal addresses to ensure seller protection for lost packages. Thank you for understanding!

Would you like your purchase to be delivered to someone other than yourself? Just let me know and I can make sure your gift gets to the right person.

My shipping charges include: packaging materials, postage, and mileage to and from the Post Office.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please let me know if you are unhappy with your purchase and we can work out an exchange if necessary.

Custom-made items are not returnable.

Refunds for lost packages will only be issued if it was purchased with insurance. If items are damaged due to shipping, I will gladly replace them provided insurance was purchased at the time of your order.

Shipping, handling and insurance fees are NOT refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders are always welcome! I require a 50% deposit before my work on your custom piece begins. After I complete the piece I will send you pictures of your piece for your approval. Upon approval, the remaining balance is due and I will ship your custom piece once the payment is received.

I do not take returns on custom-made items.
