Thanks for chosing aromacandlesonline for your candle purchase! I know you will love your candles! For most purchases, gift bags are available...if it is not mentioned in the details, ask for one!

Payment

Payment is due upon purchase.

Shipping

Shipping charges are reasonable since usually I end up having to pay some out of pocket but thats ok as long as I make a long lasting relationship!

Refunds and Exchanges

I do everything to make sure we have a great experience here. If something occurs, please get in touch with me and I will try to resolve.

Make sure you buy and dont simply change your mind when you receive it. I dont mind working with you and allowing returns when we discuss it and there is good reason, however, you will be responsible for postage back as well as postage going out for the replacement. Sorry I just cannot pay out of my pocket if you simply change your mind.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I will consider discounts for big orders (by big I mean multiples of the same item and orders over $100)

Also, I will consider repeat buyer discount of some type...just ask!
