Payment

I prefer PayPal but also accept money orders. If you'd like to pay in another way, just ask me and we can work something out.

Shipping

I use both USPS and UPS to ship. If you have a prefered shipping method, please let me know.

Refunds and Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or broken, you have 3 days to contact me. I will pay to have it shipped back to me where I will either repair it or send you a replacement.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I accept all kinds of custom orders! I can turn almost anything into a piece of glass art. Whether it's a picture of a pet or antique car (I've done both!) to a quick sketch you doodled on a peice of scrap paper. All I need is an idea, vague or specific. If you can imagine it, I can make it!
