I'm so glad you're here! I thought you might like to know that because all of my work is handmade, each piece is unique. While I may create multiples of the same design, no two will be exactly alike...very much like what we find in nature. This same-but-different quality makes it easy to utilize my artwork as home and office decor, while insuring that each and every piece is, indeed, a work of art. Custom orders are welcome, and I'm happy to work with you on developing replacement pieces for anything that has sold out.

Payment

My shop currently accepts PayPal. Please note! You do not need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal, and they are very user friendly. Check/MO payments can be arranged...just contact me.

Payments are due within 3 days of purchase. Items not paid for within that time will be relisted.

Shipping

I will be mailing your purchase(s) promptly and packaged with great care. I try to use recycled boxes...all sturdy and safe for shipping. I ship through USPS standard priority mail and will send you an e-mail confirmation when items are shipped...currently only within the USA. (International inquiries welcomed).

I use the address given in your Etsy purchase, as it's written by you at the time of sale. Please ensure that it's correct.

Shipping does not include tracking or insurance. If you would like insurance or shipping with a tracking number please contact me PRE-SALE to get your rate. Tracking and insurance is recommended!

Shipping costs are figured for single items only. Please contact me to make arrangements for shipping more than one item at a time. This takes a little extra effort, but saves you lots of money!

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and returns are at my discretion. I appreciate your interest in my ceramics, and I want to work with you on any issues you may have with items purchased from me. Please also be respectful of the nature of the work and your choice to shop online.
