Flamestitch is committed to designing and building handbags that are well made and unique. We use high quality materials, designed to withstand much use. We pay attention to details. We pay attention to good design. We believe in what we are doing, and we want our customers to love us.
Payment
We accept PayPal, money orders, and personal checks, but we will hold your order until your check clears.
Shipping
Every bag we ship in the U.S. will be shipped with both delivery confirmation and insurance. We always undershoot the shipping, because we do not give buyers a choice about this.
We welcome international buyers. We want Flamestitch bags to live in every country.
Buyers are responsible for all listed shipping charges. Buyers are also responsible for any charges or taxes assessed by their own countries.
Refunds and Exchanges
We will accept returns of bags for 7 days after the purchase. The bag must be in the same condition as when it was sent to you. No refunds will be issued for custom orders.
If you need your bag altered (strap changed or shortened, etc.) we will be happy to work with you.
Additional Policies and FAQs
We do not wholesale our bags.
Each bag we make is shown a great deal of attention, and wholesaling would turn our design process into an environment of mass-production.
We do not consign our bags.
We do not drop-ship our bags.
We are happy to consider custom orders and Alchemy requests.
All custom orders will require a non-refundable deposit.
