Hello there! Thanks for visiting our store. We would love to be your soap supplier and we aim to please! Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you. Wholesale inquiries are always welcome, please convo for more details.

Payment

We accept credit/debit cards, Paypal, checks or money orders. If paying with a credit/debit card, choose Paypal then credit/debit option on Paypal site. If you need help with payment, just contact us. Also, if you pay with check or money order please realize that your order will not ship until the money order is received and/or your check clears.

Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Any order up to 13 oz (including packaging) will be send via First Class Mail in a padded mailer. All other orders will be sent Priority Mail using the most cost effective method. Most multi-bar orders will be shipped for the flat rate of $5.0 for up to 6 bars (rectangular: please refer to shop announcements) to U.S. addresses (Canada $10.00 and Everyone Else $12.00). You will be promptly refunded if you pay standard shipping and your order qualifies for the flat rate. You can also purchase the soaps and wait to pay until you receive a revised invoice with the new shipping rate or just convo us with what you had in mind and we will set you up a custom order.

Refunds and Exchanges

We can't imagine there would be any problems with our fabulous soap but if the wrong product was sent or there is some other unforseen problem (subject to our discretion) then we will be glad to offer a refund/exchange.

Shipping insurance is always an option and a great way to protect your purchase in case it is lost or damaged in transit. If you are interested in adding insurance please convo me and I will invoice you for the cost of insurance.

Additional Policies and FAQs

We use only the finest ingredients in our products, however, as with all personal care items, you should test the product on a small area and discontinue if irritation occurs.
