Payment

If you pay through Paypal, your package will be shipped to the Paypal address. Please let us know if you need to have it to sent to a different address through a convo.

DURING CHECKOUT:

1. Please select "other" as the type of payment, and
2. Include which of the methods below you'd like to pay with in the "note to seller" during checkout so we can send your bill as soon as possible.


We'll send you an email bill after you check out through Etsy with a link to a secure server for payment.

Payment is expected within 3 days of our sending you the bill. If it is an on-line bill, it must be paid within three days. If you are paying through the mail, the payment must be in the mail within three days of our sending you the bill and we'd like to hear from you when it is in the mail so we know your payment status.

***Payments not made within three days (as described) will only be accepted via credit card or debit card through Google Checkout.***



PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Online:

~~~Credit cards--We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through Google check out.
~~~Paypal, echecks and debit cards are accepted through Paypal. We wait until echecks clear before mailing your order out.

By mail:
*****If you are sending your payment by mail--you must send it within three days of purchase and notify us when it has been sent.*****

~~~US Postal money orders: US Postal Money Orders must be purchased at a US Post Office. No other money orders are accepted. Your order will be shipped out as soon as the money order is received.
~~~Cashier's checks and personal checks drawn on bank accounts in US dollars only: Accepted for sales that are over $10.00 before shipping. It may take up to 14 days for checks to clear.

We wait until Cashier's checks, personal checks & echecks clear before mailing your order out.

Recycled shipping materials are used whenever possible.

We generally ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. If you need an item on a specific schedule please contact us before purchasing.

We combine shipping for items whenever possible from this shop, our other Etsy shop ( http://GoToSupplies.etsy.com ) and our website for a reduced shipping rate so long as they are paid for in the same transaction. Just let us know so we can send you an appropriate invoice.

NY & CT SHIPMENTS: Please note sales tax info below.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING--via US Postal Service:

We'll gladly find out how much it would cost to ship an item to you if the listing doesn't specify your location. Just send us a convo with your location and we'll look it up.

Customs fees/duty taxes/VAT (Value Added Tax) are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check that the items you would like are not prohibited for shipment to your country:

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
For combinable items*, we will ship them via Priority Mail in an 11" X 8.5" X 5.5" box whenever that option would be less expensive for our buyers or at the buyer's request. Our flat rate shipping includes insurance for up to $200:

• United States: $14.00
• Canada: $30.00 (weight up to 20 pounds)
• Mexico: $30.00 (weight up to 20 pounds)
• Everywhere Else: $46.00 (weight up to 20 pounds)

*Combinable items: Items that will fit together in a box of the above dimensions without damaging any of them during shipping. The items must also be allowed to be shipped via air mail.

~~Certain stained glass pieces are too fragile to ship with other items.


Please ask if you have a question, we'll be more than happy to talk about what fits or would be acceptable. We reserve the right to make the final determination as to what we ship in the box, based on our experience shipping glass.

Combined shipping is only for items being shipped to a single address. If you need items shipped to multiple addresses, please checkout separately for each address, or wait for a revised bill with shipping for each package.

~ ~ ~ Sales Tax: New York and Connectict Buyers ~ ~ ~

We charge sales tax to all packages shipped to NY State and Connecticut State addresses as required by law. Please wait for a revised invoice or follow the instructions in the message to buyer you receive by email after checkout.

When you purchase from us, we will gladly leave you feedback first, but please note that we wait until you have received your item before leaving feedback since the transaction isn't complete until then.

If there is a problem, please contact us before leaving feedback so we can clear up any issues, and then we'll leave feedback first.
