I’m Sarah, founder of Red Oak Lines. Scrapbooking has always been a part of my life since my high school days, but it has recently become an everyday activity (aka. addiction)! On top of being a hobby, it helps me relax and relieve my stress. Besides, the best part about scrapping is there is no right or wrong way to do it, so I can never make a mistake at something I love!

Because of my love for paper crafts, I have decided to share some of my homemade creations with everyone!

Payment

Currently, here at Red Oak Lines we accept Paypal or money orders.

Please pay accordingly as soon as possible, so we can ship your item(s) out to you. Once we receive your payment, your package will be sent out to you.

Shipping

Red Oak Lines ships both domestically to all US buyers and to international buyers as well. Shipping charges are noted on each item description.

Red Oak Lines ships within 2-3 days of receiving your payment, and we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you receive your item(s) and are unsatisfied with your purchase, please convo me, so we can set up a return transaction. Once I'm notified about this transaction, send your item(s) back. Unfortunately, I can not pay for the return shipping.

Red Oak Lines will issue your refund through Paypal only, and you will be reimbursed the cost of the original sale, minus the original shipping fee.

For exchanges, convo us at Red Oak Lines, and we can work out a transaction. We want you to be satisfied with your purchases!
