disCARDS's Shop Policies

Welcome

All disCARDS items are made in my smoke-free home. Though items will come to you securely packaged and furless, Bettie and Stu are crafty kitties who love to hang out while I create. Please take this into consideration if you suffer from severe cat allergies.

disCARDS items are made using a mix of new, vintage and repurposed materials. Due to the age of some materials, discoloration and imperfections may be visible on some products.

disCARDS items are not intended for use by children under 12. Though I often repurpose vintage children's books in my items, disCARDS products are intended for adults and children over 12.

Payment

I prefer payment via PayPal, but will consider other methods from established buyers. I do not ship items until payment has cleared.

I reserve the right to refuse payment by check from buyers with negative feedback. If payment is not received (or, in the case of e-checks, initiated) within 3 days after the order is placed, I will cancel the transaction.

Shipping

I ship once a week - typically Monday. I ship first class via USPS. All shipping costs include the cost of packaging supplies and handling fees.

Each disCARDS item comes securely packaged in a bubble mailer and items are reinforced with additional packing materials as needed. Cards are protected by a clear cellophane sleeve.

Refunds and Exchanges

I take pride in my (100% positive!) feedback score. If you have any questions or concerns, please convo me so we can work something out. I'm a big fan of win-win arrangements. :-)
