If you see anything you like, but would like to change it a little, i.e. turn a flower into a letter, a letter into a fleur de lis, just let me know! I'm open to change and challenges! Thanks!

Payment

PayPal is the easiest and safest way of payment, it is also the only method of payment I accept.

Payment is due 24 hours or the transaction will be canceled and item will be re-listed.

Shipping

Items will go out via usps, as soon as possible, but i tell people to give me 2 weeks. Hopefully it will never take that long, but if you need it sooner than that for a deadline, etc. please contact me before ordering. Thanks!

Refunds and Exchanges

I am happy to give a store credit within 14 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for sending back the item before store credit will be given. Shipping charge will not be refunded. If there are any problems at all, please contact me via etsy conversation and we will work them out. I put 110% into making YOU happy!
